Mark firmly believes that every person accused of a crime must have their statutory and constitutional rights protected.  Each person accused of a crime is entitled to legal representation to ensure these rights, secured through centuries of debate and battle, are not diminished or trampled upon.  If the current defendant's rights are not protected then no one's rights are protected.  Mark looks forward to talking to you regarding any criminal or traffic offense which you might be facing.
